Signal Labs

Post-seed B2B product: a site that looks credible to enterprise buyers.

Context

From “startup deck” to a trustworthy brand

Signal Labs sells an analytics product to mid-market and larger companies. After a seed round they needed a site that does not only say “we have an MVP” but communicates security posture, integrations, onboarding, and customer outcomes — because procurement and IT security research online.

The audience is pragmatic: case studies, docs, clear packaging (not necessarily public pricing), and a fast path to demo or pilot.

Challenge

The original one-pager worked for early investors, not enterprise pipeline. Structured information about security, operational maturity, and integrations was missing. Proof was logos without outcomes.

Visually it read as a generic startup — not a partner for production data. CTAs mixed demo, waitlist, and newsletter without priority.

Content did not scale — every launch meant rebuilding the homepage.

Approach

New structure: problem → solution → who it’s for → how it works → security and data → case studies with metrics → integrations → resources → contact / demo.

A clean product UI language: consistent components, dark mode aligned with the app, less decoration, more structure. Copy aligned with product and sales for both investors and buyers.

A component-driven Next.js template — add a section or case without redesigning the homepage. Ready for localization and a help center.

Outcome

  • Stronger credibility in enterprise conversations — fewer demos lost to “doesn’t feel mature enough”.
  • Clear CTA priority (demo / contact) — better conversion from organic and outbound.
  • Proof with outcomes, not only logos — better-qualified leads.
  • A scalable template for new features and case studies without full rewrites.

A site that brings leads, not just pretty pixels.

We align on goals, audience, scope, and timeline — usually in a 30-minute online call. Prefer email? A short note is enough: I will reply with a suggested next step, timing options, and a ballpark estimate. The intro is always non-binding.
