Challenge
Materials were scattered across PDFs and an outdated site — no single narrative or easy answer to “what exactly do you do?”. Project photography lacked context (intent vs outcome).
Copy was written in internal jargon, which increases uncertainty for non-technical buyers. Contact was a single inbox with no routing by intent.
Mobile layouts for galleries and services were weak — yet many first touches happen on a phone after a referral.
Approach
Structure: services → project types → selected references with short context → collaboration process → certifications / safety → contact. Each reference is framed: segment, scope, outcome.
Copy is rewritten for decision-makers (time, risk, quality, communication), not unexplained abbreviations. The form distinguishes intent (new build / retrofit / technical) and a rough timeline.
The visual tone is solid and calm: large photography, readable type, contrast for outdoor and office viewing. Built with Next.js, optimized images, and room to add careers or tender documents later.
Outcome
- One coherent digital presence instead of scattered PDFs — faster sharing in tenders and email.
- Contextual references improve trust with investors and facility teams.
- Better mobile readability — a strong first impression from referrals on phones.
- A foundation ready for another language or careers without a full redesign.
