Challenge
The previous site listed statutes and services without benefits. Visitors could not tell who the firm is best for or how onboarding works.
Visual identity felt template-like and disconnected from the brand. Contact actions were small and buried.
SEO and structure did not match real owner searches (switching accountants, monthly reporting, VAT).
Approach
Structure moves from client pain to solution: who we serve → what we handle → how collaboration works → common situations (changing accountants, scaling) → team → contact.
Services are grouped by client type, not only accounting jargon. Copy stays accessible without losing expertise — short statements of what clients get each month.
The visual tone is lighter than industrial sites but still premium: whitespace, calm typography, subtle color. A form with paths for “consultation” vs “proposal”. Next.js for performance and straightforward content updates.
Outcome
- Higher-quality inquiries from owners — clearer intent and fewer generic messages.
- A professional feel aligned with referrals — the site supports business development.
- Better SEO structure for long-tail queries such as switching accountants or reporting.
- A layout ready for a blog or newsletter without a redesign.
